Spotlight: Pig Corner Crocheted Video Game Dolls

The Internet is a wondrous thing.  It brought us Ill Mitch and the Icy Hot Stuntaz, Rickrolling and Trololo, Rule 34 and Wikipedia, and so much more.  Some things the Internet provides are useful for practical purposes, some things are useful solely for entertainment’s sake, and some things delve into the deepest, darkest recesses of the human mind.  Pig Corner is definitely not the last one.  The Internet, by way of Fullmetalpiglet (a.k.a. Nikki), has now brought us crocheted video game and anime dolls.

I’m not much of a crocheter myself.  I think this is mainly due to the presence of testosterone in my body, but I can’t be sure.  Even if I were, I doubt I could pull off some of the amazing work that Nikki is doing.  Aside from  having done some great crochet dolls already, she has a series of tutorials on YouTube to help the Internet crochet their own video game character creations.  Be sure to check out her website for more pictures, tutorials, and other information.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of time it takes to create these crocheted masterpieces, they are not currently for sale.  If a Black Mage crocheted doll happens to find its way onto my gaming shelf, however, I sure would be happy.
