Mark your calendars. id Software and Betheda Softworks have announced the dates for their annual QuakeCon. Running August 2 through August 5 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas, QuakeCon will feature the largest LAN party in North America, as well playable demos of upcoming Bethesda games and demonstrations from major technology companies of upcoming hardware and software.
Attendance is free, and the Hilton is offering discounted room rates to those mentioning QuakeCon. Rooms will ring up at $154 per night for attendees.
