Rockband 4 Adds 17 New Songs To Its Setlist

Get ready to rock out with your….plastic instruments out. Harmonix has released not one, not three, but seventeen new songs for their encore performance that is Rockband 4, which is set to rock on October 6th, 2015 for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. Now, before we get to the songs, if you haven’t yet (what’s wrong with you if so??), visit rockband.com to pre-order the game, or even the big band bundle, which includes the guitar, microphone, and, my babies, the drums. Rockband 4 will not only be fine tuning the game we have come to love, but added is improvisation vocals, on the fly drum fills, and guitar solo improvisations. What more could you want that involves little plastic instruments?!?!? With pre-order, you get the game/game+instruments, as well as 30 DLC songs to add to your repertoire. Now, without further adieu, the real reason you are here: the music.

Yeah. Me too.

Seriously though, Harmonix is doing a great job at giving this setlist the attention it deserves. Even with this addition, we are given classics such as No One Like you, a new anthem in Fall Out Boy’s Centuries, an often over looked band in this series: System of a Down with Spiders, and urrrggghhhh. It is just such a good set-list to me. What do you all think? Feel left out, or looked over? Let me know, then go to rockband.com/request to let them know what you want (Still holding out for Purple Rain by Prince. Looking at you, Harmonix. Make it happen). Until next time, I’ll just be over here rocking to my heart’s plastic desire.

Doug bashes his fists against the keyboard and eventually a piece of video is made, sometimes it is even funny. Some of his gaming accomplishments are: completing a living Pokedex on the Pokebank, 1000 pointing BCFX: Black College Football: The X-perience: the Doug Williams Edition, and only crying five times during the Kingdom Hearts series.
