New Xbox One Experience is Getting Near

If you are not a part of the preview program, I bet you are itching with excitement for the new Xbox One Experience that is coming this month. Well good news, you don’t have to wait for long.

Phil Spencer announced last Monday evening that the new XOE will go live on November 12th. Not only will you be receiving the new dashboard,  which does not only look sleek, but is extremely functional as well, you will also be able to play some of your favorite titles from the Xbox 360 through backwards compatiblility.

In case you need a refresher as to what you can play through the BC program when the update goes live/not long after launch, here is a little list:

A Kingdom for Keflings
A World of Keflings
Alien Hominid HD
Banjo-Kazooie

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

Banjo-Tooie
BattleBlock Theater

Bomberman Live

Borderlands

Burnout Paradise

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Castle Crashers

Defense Grid: The Awakening

DiRT 3

Dungeon Siege III

Fallout 3

Gears of War (1,2,3 & Judgment)
Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved

So yeah, that’s a ton of stuff, with many more to be added over time.

In case you haven’t seen the dashboard, in my opinion it definitely makes navigation a lot more simple. While I could rave on and on, it will all make sense come November 12th!

Doug bashes his fists against the keyboard and eventually a piece of video is made, sometimes it is even funny. Some of his gaming accomplishments are: completing a living Pokedex on the Pokebank, 1000 pointing BCFX: Black College Football: The X-perience: the Doug Williams Edition, and only crying five times during the Kingdom Hearts series.
