I never was super into the Pop! collectible figures. I love their look and how just about anything has been turned into a collectible, but I didn’t get into them as much as I did the Amiibo line of figures. However, my minuscule collection of Pop! has always been missing something. I’ve always been a huge fan of Tommy, the Green Power Ranger. So much so, that I went to Otakon in Baltimore to meet Jason David Frank, the man that brought the Green Ranger to life as the actor. Now, my collection can finally have the Green Ranger, as Funko just announced four new Power Rangers to add to their line this August!
Aside from the Green Ranger, Funko is also adding the Yellow, Black, and Blue Rangers. The original line of Power Rangers Pop! toys only had the White, Red, and Pink Rangers. Yes, I know that the White Ranger is also Tommy, but hey, I have always liked the Green Ranger’s style more.

This line of new figures is great to see, especially with a new Power Rangers film on the way. Makes me want to watch the old series over again. As a side note, Lost Galaxy was one of my favorite seasons, against popular opinion.
Keep a look out for these awesome Power Rangers figures in retail stores come August. Pre-Orders are probably available at places like Gamestop as well.
