Hello again, trainers! We are going into month five of the Pokemon 20th Anniversary! (Festivities started in February) Every month we get a mythical rereleased into the wild, whether it is through the card game, through plushies, a rerelease of its movie or through the Pokemon itself in ORAS or XY. This month we are continuing with Generation IV and the adorable water Pokemon, Manaphy.
Starting today, get this little cutie for your Pokémon games!
Starting today, you can get a Manaphy of your own through the Nintendo network! All you have to do is log into mystery gift in either ORAS or XY, select receive gift, get via internet, yes to confirm, and then yes to receive a Manaphy! Speak to the delivery girl in any of the Pokecenters in the game with an open spot in your party to get it! It will be level 100, with three moves (Tail Glow, Bubble, Water Sport) and have the ability Hydration, which allows it to heal status conditions if it is raining.
Even though this is extremely exciting, this isn’t the only Pokemon you get this month.What some trainers do not realize is that Manaphy will get you a second “Mythical” Pokemon. If you breed Manaphy with a Ditto, the hatched Pokemon will be Phione! That’s right! Manaphy is one of the only Legendary/Mythical Pokemon who can breed! Even though Phione is bred from Manaphy, you cannot “evolve” Phione back into a one. Still, this is a two for one!
With only a few more months left of the celebration, we are getting closer and closer to the release of Sun and Moon, as well as the rereleases of some of the Mythicals many players missed!
