Riptide GP: Renegade Gets Xbox One/Windows 10 Release

Riptide GP: Renegade released last June for the PlayStation 4 as a water adrenaline junkie’s “wet” dream. Perform stunts, dodge cops, and boost across waves to edge your way to the front of the pack. With 8 player online, 4 player split screen multiplayer, we were able to test our friends’ abilities on the hydrojet. Up until now, this title was only on the PlayStation 4. Vector Unit Inc. is happy to announce that it will be coming to the Xbox One/Windows 10 this February.

On Friday, February 24th, get ready to rip through the tides and ren through the egades. (Okay, that last one didn’t work too well.) Returning to the new release, get ready to blast through the waves to once again rise to the top. The title will have 6-player split screen, as opposed to the previous 4 player. On top of this, it is also a part of the Play Anywhere program, meaning you can play it on Xbox One, as well as PC, to your heart’s content. Take that, Sony!

To kill time before the end of February, check out our review of Riptide GP: Renegade on the PlayStation 4! Let us know down below if you are excited to finally rush through the waters towards victory!

Doug bashes his fists against the keyboard and eventually a piece of video is made, sometimes it is even funny. Some of his gaming accomplishments are: completing a living Pokedex on the Pokebank, 1000 pointing BCFX: Black College Football: The X-perience: the Doug Williams Edition, and only crying five times during the Kingdom Hearts series.
