25th Anniversary Sonic Statue Revealed

Sega announced this morning that there will be a statue to go along with Sonic’s 25th birthday, and boy does it look exciting!

Sonic has captivated the minds of children and gamers everywhere for the last quarter century. And turning 25 is no laughing matter! Sega and First 4 Figures gave us a glimpse of what they have been working on to commemorate this special occasion.

First 4 Figures is proud to present our 25th Anniversary Sonic the Hedgehog statue. Inspired from the end section of Green Hill Zone in which Sonic zooms pass the goal post to continue to the next act. – First Four

The statue looks wonderful.  From Sonic’s design; to the flames around his feet,.  The diorama depicts a great piece in video game history,  an adrenaline filled moment, as we conquered the first part of Green Hill Zone, and aimed our sights on defeating Robotnik.

Being cast in high-quality polystone, every detail on Sonic the Hedgehog – 25th Anniversary has been captured perfectly, and is finished with a detailed hand-painted finish. Sonic’s iconic colours are represented closely to the classic style of the character.
