Layton’s Mystery Journey Releases for Mobile July 20th

Fan’s can rejoice!  The next installment of the Layton series is nearly upon us!  Layton’s Mystery Journey releases July 20th for Android and IOS, and Level 5 has released a new trailer to get fans excited for the release.

LAYTON’S MYSTERY JOURNEY: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy, will be the title of the next installment will give a new round of adventure and puzzles for fans.   In Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy, you play as Katrielle, the daughter of Professor Layton.   She is assisted by Sherl, the talking dog,  as they embark on a series of mysterious adventures through London and encounter; a charming cast of characters.  Featuring the largest collection of Puzzles in the series, so far.

Players will also be able to change Katrielle’s outfits, customize the Layton Detective Agency and take part in mini-games as they advance in the story.  Follow Katrielle on her trusty bicycle, solving case after unlikely case, until she unwittingly uncovers the Millionaires’ Conspiracy.

It’s quite exciting to see a new Layton game, however, it’s rather disheartening to see that the game will be released on Phones and Tablets first, but players shouldn’t worry,  Layton’s Mystery Journey will be released on Nintendo 3DS this fall.  The price for the Mobile game will be 15.99 on Android and IOS, but a price has not yet to be announced for the 3DS version of the game.

LAYTON’S MYSTERY JOURNEY: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy is sure to be on par with the rest of the Layton series. But if players still aren’t able to cure their puzzle solving itch. Gamers will still be able to participate in Layton’s Real World Puzzle Solving.   You can also Pre-order the game for Android here.
