Raikou, Entei, and Suicune Have Arrived In Pokémon GO

Niantic and The Pokémon Company have just revealed that, starting today, three more legendary Pokémon are out in the wild, just waiting to be battled and caught in Pokémon GO. Electric-type Raikou, Fire-type Entei, and Water-type Suicune will now appear in Raid Battles around the world for a limited time.

From August 31st through September 30th, Raikou will be in the Americas, Entei will be throughout Europe and Africa, and Suicune will be located in the Asia-Pacific region. On September 30th, they will move to a different location until October 31, which will them see them at one final location before they depart for an indefinite amount of time.

In addition to these Legendaries being added to Pokémon GO, the announcement also claims the EX Raid Battles, formerly known as Exclusive Raid Battles, will soon be available for testing at certain Gyms around the world and will be available globally shortly after that. The first EX Raid Passes will be sent out soon, and those who are lucky enough to be invited will be able to try this new type of battle, which will supposedly be the way to catch such legendary Pokémon like Mewtwo, as early as September 6th. Players who have previously beaten a Raid Battle at the particular Gym they will be testing will have the best chance of testing out this new feature.

Are you excited to catch new Legendaries and test out these new EX Raid Battles? Have you caught any Legendaries yet? Let us know below, and good luck!
