PlayStation’s Sale of the Dead Week 2 Is Massive!

PlayStation’s Sale of the Dead Week 2 Is Massive!

October is without a doubt my favorite month of the year! I always make it a tradition to play some sort of scary video game when it gets close to Halloween. This week’s sale on the PlayStation Store is leaving me with quite the number of options. The Sale of the Dead Week 2 went live this week and features tons of great horror games for PS4, PS3, and PlayStation Vita, both new and old. Many of these games were included in last week’s Sale of the Dead, so it looks like Sony is just adding more onto the list.

On the more recent side, we have some horror titles discounted that were released earlier this year, including the critically acclaimed Resident Evil: Biohazard, which is at it’s lowest discount so far this year. Other games from this year include Outlast 2, Walking Dead: A New Frontier, Dead By Daylight: Special Edition, and Fortnite (not sure why this is included in a horror sale but I won’t complain). Some other notable mentions are Salt and Sanctuary, Alien Isolation, Party Hard, and Serial Cleaner. Also, it looks like we have The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition on sale, most likely due to the vampire-themed Blood and Wine DLC.

There are just so many games that I wouldn’t be able to mention all of them, just know this is an absolute massive sale for fans of the horror genre. Players with a PS Plus subscription will end up receiving an additional discount. This sale looks to go on Sony’s regular schedule of deals and will run until Monday, October 30th, but I won’t be surprised if they keep some of these deals available on Halloween since it falls on a Tuesday.
