‘Beholder’ Complete Edition Launches on PlayStation 4 Today

A huge hit among streamers and media in late 2016, Warm Lamp Games and Curve Digital’s dystopian Big Brother title, Beholder, is now available on PS4 and will be releasing January 19th on Xbox One.

“Bringing Beholder Complete Edition to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is a dream come true for the development team”, said George Morgan, Product Manager for Curve Digital, “We live in an age where people are always on camera and we can’t wait to see what players do when they are the ones doing the watching. Carl’s choices aren’t easy ones to make and we hope the players will agonize over their decisions.”

The Beholder Complete Edition, which includes the saga-starting ‘Blissful Sleep’ DLC, challenges players to wrestle with impossible choices in a bleak world where the state controls everything, survival is a struggle, and someone is always watching. Follow the law or your personal interests? Be an unapologetic slumlord or the best landlord ever to your tenants? Report on their unsanctioned activities, or keep their private lives to yourself? As Carl, a Totalitarian State-installed manager of an apartment building, players can choose to protect their family through unsavory schemes or selfless sacrifice—with procedurally generated scenarios and over 20 different endings to uncover. Decide who gets to keep their home, and who has to leave. No decising will be easy.

Beholder launches on PS4 with a 10% discount for Plus subscribers until January 30th, and launches on Xbox One with a free copy of Dear Esther Landmark Edition until February 2nd. Beholder  is also available on Steam, the App Store, and Google Play.

For more information, you can check out the game’s website and follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
