Cinch those straps a little tighter, everyone, because Codemasters just released a new gameplay trailer for ONRUSH. The action arcade racer is still scheduled for a June release, and now we get a new look at some of the boosts, jumps, and takedowns that gamers can expect.

Entitled “The Stampede is Coming”, the new gameplay trailer shows off the variety of boosted buggies, trucks, dual-sport motorcycles, and cars that comprise some of the game’s eight classes. Crazy stunts and frantic wheel to wheel racing among mixed classes round out the video.

Designed to keep players always in the action, ONRUSH celebrates speed, fun, and spectacle in every race. Players battle it out on the track to power up their RUSH meter, which enables them to unleash maximum boost to perform death-defying takedowns and stunts.

ONRUSH also features eight vehicle classes, each with their own unique style, feel, and advantages. One of the most important stats for any vehicle is its RUSH state, with each class having different effects and abilities.

The game is available for pre-order now, in both regular and ONRUSH DELUXE EDITION. The Deluxe edition includes eight additional vehicle designs in black and gold liveries, extra Crashtag artwork, and Track Tombstones. Players who pre-order the PlayStation®4 version will also gain early access to the ONRUSH beta before it opens up to everyone on PS4 and Xbox One in May.

ONRUSH is being developed by the new Codemasters development team in Cheshire, UK (formerly Evolution Studios). Much like the late, lamented Project Gotham Racing series, racing with style and flair counts as much, or more, than just finishing the race at top speed. The game is expected to launch for the PS4 and Xbox One systems on June 5th, 2018. It is being published by Koch Media.
