2010 has been an excellent year for Platinum Games, with the North American releases of Bayonetta and Vanquish providing me some of the most memorable gaming I have had the pleasure of experiencing in a very long time. Now that they’ve reached the end of their four-game publishing deal with SEGA, what comes next for the studio that has made itself very near and dear to my heart? Well, obviou...[Read More]
I realize I’ll probably draw some scorn for this, but I never really got into Geometry Wars. There was just something about it that turned me off, and I’m not entirely sure what it was. I have a sneaking suspicion that it was how enemies could spawn anywhere on the screen, instead of coming from a predictable location. If you’re a gamer in love with sports games such as Fifa 2010, Fifa 2011, NHL 2010, NHL 2011, or Madden NFL 11, then I’ve got a website that can make your games a little more interesting.
If you’re not a fan of Monty Python, then this article is not for you. Also, I like you just a little less now. Sorry. It’s nothing personal, you know; it’s just that your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries. Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.
Console modding may very well become a criminal offense in the near future. This last Tuesday, a trial began in Southern California that could begin the creation of a much larger definition as to what a person is legally allowed to do with the products they buy.
