How will the four-player Dying Light 2 co-op experience benefit players? Let’s take a deeper dive and find out.

Dying Light 2 Co-op sky dive

The Dying Light 2 co-op experience will grant players the opportunity to play the game with up to four players. In the four-player co-op experience, the game will co-op partners to “Keep their items and player progression when they join others worlds. Co-Op players will be able to vote on the choices and consequences a player makes in the narrative; however, the host ultimately will get the final say in how the story unfolds. This is a nice addition that gives others a say without forcing a decision to be made that may not be agreeable.

During the gameplay preview, we are able to see four survivors looking down at the infested city from the top of a building. In order to make the trailer more dramatic, these four characters jump off the building and land almost heroically. Make sure to choose a class type that supports your playstyle whether tank, lookout, or overall roguelike. The story can be played cooperatively from beginning to end. The Dying Light 2 co-op gameplay portion of the trailer can be found starting at the 2:55 mark.
