The good folks over at Warner Bros. Interactive have been kind enough to give us just a couple minutes of the upcoming Wii title. Batman: The Brave and the Bold™ is a popular series on Cartoon Network. It’s based in part on the DC Comics “team-up” series, in which two of DC’s superheroes come together to fight crime or defeat a super villain. This series, however, has a focus on Batman teaming up with various heroes. Warner Bros. Interactive and WayForward have “teamed up” to try and bring that popularity to the Wii and the DS with Batman: The Brave and the Bold™ the Videogame, releasing September 24th.
In the game, friends can team up as either Batman or one of his powerful allies. DC favorites such as Green Lantern, Robin, and Blue Beetle will make an appearance as you fight your way from Gotham City to London and various other exotic locales. Featuring the always funny Diedrich Bader as Batman, plus the entire star-studded voiceover cast from the TV show, Batman: The Brave and the Bold™ the Videogame promises to deliver all the “great writing, humor and action of the animated series.”
Below is video of actual Wii gameplay showing Batman and a few of his cronies beating up some pesky primates. Enjoy.
