So you’re playing Rock Band and you decide that you’re sick of all the songs in your library. Sucky place to be, right? I bet you’re hoping that some new DLC comes out soon. Your hopes and dreams (well, maybe not dreams) are about to come true!
Today, Harmonix and MTV Games announced the release of four new downloadable songs by everyone’s favorite band, Lynyrd Skynyrd! You get four Skynyrd songs; “Saturday Night Special”, “Tuesday’s Gone”, “What’s Your Name”, and (of course) “Sweet Home Alabama”. All except Tuesday’s Gone will also feature the new Pro Guitar and Pro Bass upgrades.
Now for those of you that aren’t fans of Skynyrd, Harmonix has gotten a couple songs for you too. Available alongside will be “Hold on Loosely” by 38 Special and “Can’t Get Enough” by Bad Company. Both of which will also have upgrades available for the Pro Guitar and Pro Bass.
All of the songs will be out for purchase on November 30th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii, attractively priced at $1.99 a song with an additional $.99 for the Pro upgrades.
