Yes, you read that title correctly. Thanks to the amazing folks at MumboJumbo Games, we are featured on the cover of their latest PC game, Luxor 5th Passage. If you remember, I reviewed that game months ago but it was for the digital download version. As of this week, physical copies were released, so we’re on the cover of the ones that are currently being sold at Best Buy locations across the country.
I cannot even begin to express the amount of gratitude and joy I feel right now, as video games have been a passion of mine ever since I was five years old. As a child, I dreamed of working in the industry, and it wasn’t that long ago when Chris and I were looking at games, noting how some game covers had small quotes from website reviews. I remember turning to him and saying, “One day, that will be us.”
Well, that day is now, so thank you to everybody at MumboJumbo Games for fulfilling what was once a childhood dream. It is now a reality, and I will cherish this moment for the rest of my life.
