As someone who plays a lot of Trials on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One it’s not shocking that yet another Trials game is coming out. What is it called? Well if we go by the Taiwanese ratings board it’ll be called Trials of the Blood Dragon. While I’ve reached out to Ubisoft for comment I will update this page once I hear back.
This was first noticed by @lifelower who I’ve known to find many of these “leaks” on the ratings boards, Trials of the Blood Dragon was rated for PS4, Xbox One and PC. As you can see with the logo above, that’s what the art looks like. Ubisoft has yet to announce the project and as I’ve stated I’ve reached out to get a comment. The ratings listing has since been removed, but I can only hope it’s real.
If you don’t know about Trials well this will catch you up. Trials is the popular physics-based bike racing series developed by RedLynx and published by Ubisoft. As for the game Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon it’s a 80’s action movie cheese and neon inspired spin-off of Far Cry 3. I mean what would happen if you bring the two together?!
From what it sounds like Trials of the Blood Dragon may be a mash-up of the two. What could go wrong with a game idea like that? We’ll be sure to update once the game is announced or we hear back from Ubisoft on the subject.
