A couple months ago, we discussed The Game Bakers’ upcoming title Furi. Nicknamed as boss-rush mode: the game, Furi was such an enjoyable experience to start PAX East off. Today, the title gets a release date!
Furi will be coming out on July 5th for PlayStation 4 and Steam. Personally, I cannot wait. I haven’t played a game with such good responses in a long time. With characters created by Takashi Okazaki, creator of a little known title: Afro Samurai, and a soundtrack that is filled to the brim with electro bands, Furi is sure to make a huge splash. Each “guardian” has its own fighting style, causing you to change your style of play multiple times to adjust to the occasion.
