When it comes to the game Smite I really enjoy the game and the team at Hi-Rez puts in a lot of work behind the scenes to the game. At times they need to do a quick restart of the servers and they’ll warn everyone playing. Well it seems something a bit different happened this time. What you ask?
If you simply look at the picture above it’s hard to miss what message went out to some users. Yes, you’re reading that it states, “Servers should be up and running now, bitches.” While the message comes off as rude, but for some it was funny to see it. I mean those of you reading. Yes, it’s rude, but if you were in a middle of a game and saw a message like that you’d be laughing and be in shock. One user tweeted Stew from Hi-Rez who commented on the message, which you can see below.
@Brandon05321637 Yes. We were not hacked. Inappropriate message sent by an employee. We were doing a restart. Empl issue will be dealt with.

What do you think about this server message being sent out to users? We’d love to know in the comments below. Personally, many of us here at Marooners’ Rock are surprised on the subject.
