Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens made quite the splash with what could be the perfection of the Lego game formula. In fact, our writer Rob thought it was great in his review! Now that adventure grows as The Phantom Limb DLC is now available with PS3 and PS4 players getting it for free. The Phantom Limb, which I hope is a clever jab at the latest Metal Gear entry, stars quirky robot C-3PO and the story of his red arm and his reunion with the resistance. This is interesting as the story was notably hinted at in the Force Awakens film and had many viewers scratching their heads.
The DLC pack includes: The Phantom Limb (Level), C-3PO (Taul), 2MED2,CO-34, GNK-189, MSE-Y, O-MR1 (Taul), PZ-99 (Taul), VL-44 (Taul), CR90 Corvette (Full-size Vehicle) and CR90 Corvette (Microfighter Vehicle). View the latest trailer below!
By now I’ve lost the PS3 and PS4 readers as they’ve undoubtedly scampered away to their systems to set the download. Of course, if I had the game I wouldn’t be here either. Lego Star Wars started the Lego game genre and even then I knew they had stumbled on something great. Constantly, these games bring players of all ages together to enjoy a colorful romp through their favorite movies. It’s almost as fun as building the worlds by hand, but remarkably easier on the wallet. Seriously, have you checked the prices of Lego kits?
Either way its great the pack is available to probably most of the player base for free. Good show Sony. Now what about the Vita players?
Forgotten again my friends.
