Expected to release in early 2017, the isometric action RPG, Victor Vran, is finally coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Independent game developer, Wired Productions announced they are partnering with the Bulgarian developer Haemimont Games AD to bring Victor Vran to consoles.
The critically-acclaimed PC title puts players in the shoes of Victor Vran, a character that is clearly inspired by the stories of the legendary monster slayer Van Helsing. Victor’s strategy to dispose of enemies is all up to player. Between different outfits, weapons, and demon spells to choose from, there is plenty of variety to choose from as players explore the vast Gothic city of Zagaravia. A unique aspect of this game is that there are no specific classes to choose from for Victor. Rather than have a class where players are stuck sticking to one play style, Victor Vran lets players change how they fight on the fly thanks to a rich progression system.
Wired Productions and Haemimont Games AD built the RPG from the ground up for consoles. Running at 60 fps, players can play with their friends online as well as locally. “This partnership with Wired Productions will allow us to grow that fan base, and to engage with more players than ever before,” said Haemimont Games AD’s CEO Gabriel Dobrev.
Wired Productions has been on a momentous journey to bring games to our home consoles, and choosing to partner up with Bulgarian developer was the perfect way to accomplish this goal. We do not know the full release date, but we will be keeping an eye on this.
