The next major expansion for Neverwinter is releasing February 21, 2017 on PC! Neverwinter: The Cloaked Ascendancy takes place after the events of Storm King’s Thunder. With the Spellplague’s seemingly unending cloud blanketing the city of Neverwinter, danger continues to loom as Gyrion the Ascendant and others of the Cloak Tower return. Members of the Cloaked Ascendancy aim their mighty magic towards Neverwinter, bringing new challenges and adventures to players of this popular MMORPG by Perfect World Entertainment Inc. and Cryptic Studios.
Neverwinter: The Cloaked Ascendancy expansion features a return to the Spellplague Caverns, a high-end dungeons under control of the Cloaked Ascendancy. This expansion also introduces a new skirmish for players along with challenging gameplay! No release date is set for consoles, but Perfect World is preparing to launch this expansion later in the year for Xbox One and PS4 respectively.
Neverwinter is a free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG on PC, PS4, and XB1.
