Over the last three years, Funko pops have become the hot accessory to have. Characters from popular movies, t.v shows, video games, books, and comics. Starting in march, gaming enthusiasts around the world can purchase Kingdom Hearts Funko Pops.
The world is currently waiting for the release of Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy 7 HD. Although fans of the Kingdom Hearts franchise may still have a while to wait before the release of Kingdom Hearts 3, the Kingdom Hearts Funko Pops may ease the pain of such a long wait.
Fans of the Kingdom Hearts franchise can purchase any of eight Kingdom Hearts Funko pops. The eight Kingdom Hearts Funko pops are Keychain Mickey, Goofy, and Donald, Pete, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, and Chip and Dale. Gamestop revealed that Goofy and Chip and Dale will be Game Stop exclusive Funko Pops while Wizard Donald is a Hot Topic exclusive. At the moment, Gamestop is accepting preorders for the figures.
The Kingdom Hearts Funko pops are rather accurate to their video game counterparts with the exception of Mickey. If you are planning to buy any of the key chains, make sure it is not Donald because he will let you down. Whoops there go your keys. So far none of the non-Disney Kingdom Hearts characters have been made into Funko Pops; it would be nice to see Sora, Roxas, Riku, Kairi, Namine, Aqua, or Axel as a Funko pop figure. Maybe we will get Final Fantasy Funko Pops as we get closer to the release of Final Fantasy 7 HD.
