Although it has only been three months since the release of For Honor, Ubisoft is set to debut their Shadow and Might content during the Season 2 premiere live stream on May 15th. When For Honor first released in February 2017, it took the world by storm introducing players to a new style of fighting game that focused on arena style combat of different varieties. When For Honor released, players could only choose between three different factions with four classes to choose from.
On May 15 at 2 pm PDT, Ubisoft will reveal their new content to the world. The new gameplay content called Shadow and Might will debut via a live stream tournament on twitch.tv/forhonorgames. The tournament will feature sixteen of the world’s best For Honor players including Cartoonz, Tru3ta1ent, and iSkys in heavy combat. Players will sharpen their blades and minds to combat against some of the world’s greatest warriors and gaming personalities as they put the two new heroes, Shinobi and Centurion, to the test. Players will show off the new characters strengths and weaknesses against the rest of the For Honor roster. In between combat segments, the team from Ubisoft Montreal will discuss the current state of For Honor and new content coming within the next few months. Prior to the world premiere gameplay, Ubisoft plans to release teasers for the two new Heroes and two new maps, Forge and Temple Garden.
For Honor Season Two: Shadow and Might will bring new content to For Honor containing the two new characters, the two maps Forge and Temple Garden, new customization items and gameplay updates. The new maps and gameplay updates will be free for all players at the start of Season Two. The new heroes, the lethal Shinobi and the fierce Centurion, will be available for free immediately for Season Pass holders on May 16, while all other players will be able to unlock the new characters with in-game Steel on May 23.
