THQ Nordic and developer Piranha Bytes have announced that ELEX will be releasing for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 17th, 2017. In addition to the release date, they have released a new cinematic trailer and detailed what is in store for those who pre-order the Collector’s Edition version of the game.
As for the Collector’s Edition, the contents are as follows;
- A 10-inch-high figurine of an Alb Mage
- A 2-inch combat drone amulet
- A cloth map of the world of Magalan
- The original score on CD
- An Artbook
- The game and its manual
ELEX is an Action RPG that seems to tie together elements from Medieval, Sci-Fi, and Modern/Future technology. You navigate the open world with swords, guns, magic, and much more. In the cinematic trailer below, you can see how all these worlds collide into one very interesting and intriguing product.
