If trainers in Grant Park, where Pokémon GO Fest is taking place, and millions of others around the world catch enough Pokémon during the Pokémon GO Fest Challenge Windows, the first Legendary Pokémon will appear for those in attendance at Grant Park. If these fearless trainers in Chicago succeed in defeating this Pokémon, that Pokémon will start showing up in Raid Battles around the globe once Pokémon GO Fest has wrapped up.
