Later this month, Marvel’s Spider-Man is scheduled to be released on the PlayStation 4. PlayStation 4 gamers will have the opportunity to explore modern-day New York in Insomniac Games reenvisioning of the web-slinging franchise. At the moment, not much is known about Marvel’s Spider-Man’s campaign except that Peter Parker has already established himself as Spider-Man is currently attempting to protect The Big Apple from the Inner Demons.
James Stevenson, Community Director for Insomniac Games, announced via the PlayStation Blog their plans for Marvel’s Spider-Man after its release on September 7th.
Marvel’s Spider-Man brings many great surprises, story moments, and gameplay that should keep you busy. We know many of you want to know what’s next though, and so we’re thrilled to announce the release schedule for Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps DLC.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps DLC is a three-part installment that will start on October 23. Similar to The Riddler’s role in The Batman Arkham franchise, Black Cat, aka Felicia Hardy, goes around town leaving clues behind to play games with Peter. The Heist DLC will have web slingers discover Black Cats whereabouts while unlocking new missions, challenges, factions, and suits. Neighbor Menaces can download The Heist DLC for $9.99 or can purchase The City That Never Sleeps for $24.99.
Besides The Heist expansion, The City That Never Sleeps will include two additional DLCs that are scheduled to be released before the end of 2018. PlayStation 4 gamers can purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game for $79.99 which includes The City That Never Sleeps DLC alongside the base game.
