Iceberg games recent releases include Dawn of Andromeda, Conarium, and Starpoint Gemini Warlords. Dragon Slumber is best known for games such as Astral Traveler, Stairleporter, and Arelite Core.

Dragon Slumber’s Kevin Giguère says: ”I wanted to present the opposite perspective to a situation most of us are familiar with and dread: dealing with tech support specialists”, developer Kevin Giguère explained. “I think players will be charmed by the fresh and different experience the game has to offer.”
Tech Support: Error Unknown, their newest project, promises to give players an interactive narrative experience. Players will employ commonly used tech tools to help virtual customers with their everyday issues. This will allow for complex puzzle gameplay along with navigating social etiquette to result in a positive solution.
