E3 2019 is less than a few weeks away, and one of the most anticipated games being showcased is Borderlands 3. It was already confirmed by Gearbox that they would be showing off more Borderlands 3 at this upcoming E3. During Gearbox’s Gameplay Reveal event this month, we got to see a good chunk of content for the upcoming sequel, so fans are expecting no less this summer.
Gearbox Software CEO, Randy Pitchford, tweeted on March 24 that they will be showing off more content for E3 2019. Instead of re-showing some of the gameplay we’ve already seen, Pitchford promises we’ll see a brand new planet, and another Vault Hunter. The press event this month only showed off combat for Amara the Siren and Zane the Operative. This leave only two options; Moze the Gunner or FL4K the Beastmaster. Moze’s skills revolve around summoning a mech to wreak havoc, while FL4K will call other beasts to assist him in battle.
Borderlands fans have a lot to look forward to at E3! We’ll be showing new gameplay, a new Vault Hunter and a New Planet! Attendees will also have a chance to play #Borderlands3 at the 2K booth! We may even have a surprise or two up our sleeves… EXCITED!

It hasn’t been made clear which of the two we’ll get to see, but many are speculating Moze. This is because Moze was actually the first Vault Hunter we got see from Gearbox a couple years ago when they showed off their new engine. We didn’t know it was Moze at the time, we just knew it was a brand new character for the next Borderlands game. Either or will suffice, as die-hard fans will be thrilled to see just about anything for the anticipated sequel.
For those attending E3 2019, they may be getting a chance to get their hands-on with the game. Borderlands 3 releases on September 13 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. E3 2019 begins on June 11 and ends on June 13.
