NIS America Announces Trails of Cold Steel III Jacket Contest

NIS America Announces Trails of Cold Steel III Jacket Contest

It may be too hot outside right now to think about anything except cold drinks, swimming pools, and places with good air conditioning, but NIS America is already gearing up for Fall with their latest contest. Apparently someone forgot to tell the folks over there that Back to School shopping isn’t supposed to start until August, and PR kicked off a campaign to win a Thors Branch Campus replica jacket from The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III!

Announced for a North American release during E3 last month, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III will be a PlayStation®4 exclusive title. The game currently has a September 24th, 2019 release date.

In this latest entry in to the Trails franchise, a year and a half has passed since the events of the Erebonian Civil War. Rean Schwarzer has graduated from Thors Military Academy to become an instructor at the Thors Branch Campus. This newly-opened academy quickly finds itself on the national stage, and pushes Rean as he leads the new Class VII. Behind the scenes, the Ouroboros organization continues to plot something, and the next generation of heroes will have to be ready.

Players who haven’t played the previous games in the series can get a summary of what has come before on the official The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III website. Reading through the summaries of Trails and Trails II just might take up most of the summer! In the meantime, a pair of very nice Collector’s Editions are available for pre-order from NIS’s store for folks who want something new to put on a shelf.

The Thors Academy Edition would be the perfect compliment to that Thors Branch Campus jacket. The contest closes on September 1st, and also will be awarding a new PS4 Pro every week. Good luck everyone! May the odds be ever in… well, you know the rest.
