Rockers, we are less than a month away from the release of the highly anticipated sequel to Gears of War 4, Gears 5. Now Gears 5 may be dropping the Gears of War title, which is still confusing to many of the franchise’s fans but will still be spiritual successors to Gears of War 4. From the trailers, Gears 5 will focus predominately on Kait as she looks to uncover her mysterious past. At the moment, not much information has been released about the Gears 5 story but fans have had the opportunity to preview the games multiplayer. How does Gears 5 Achievement list Stack up?
Gears 5 is scheduled to be released on September 10th, however, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscribers will have the opportunity to play starting September 6th. Gears 5 will be playable on Windows 10 PCs and Xbox One. In Celebration of Gears 5 going gold, Xbox and The Coalition have revealed the achievements for Gears 5. From the formal announcement, Gears 5 will have five-game modes. So far we only know of four: Campaign, Multiplayer, Horde, and Escape leaving one game mode left to be revealed. The formal announcement hints at a map builder option which could be a lot of fun if anything like Halo or Doom.
At the moment, The Coalition is currently planning to debut a Story Trailer for Gears 5 at Gamescom on Monday, August 19th. The team will also reveal new features to the swarm killing game mode Horde. Below are the quotes of Rod Ferguson and team members about Gears 5.
