Ladies and gents! We finally had another large, info packed Nintendo Direct! This one was filled with new game announcements and news. Let’s get into it. This is a quick rundown of what was announced, this will be expanded on later!
-Overwatch- Coming October 15th.
-Luigi’s Mansion 3- Tomb Suites, new extra levels. ScreamPark, 2-8 players.
-Super Kirby Clash- Free to start Kirby game, up to four players, over 100 quests, roles. One system, online, local wireless. Available later today.
-Trials of Mana remake- April 24th, 2020.
-Return of the Obra Dinn- Fall 2019
-Little Town Hero- RPG from Gamefreak. October 16th.
-Banjo and Kazooie- Out today!
-New Smash character announced- Terry from Fatal Fury, coming November 2019.
-More characters are in development for Smash Ultimate past the first Fighters Pass.
-The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening- Chamber Dungeons, can be saved to amiibos.
-Tokyo Mirage Sessions Sharp FE Encore- includes Fire Emblem characters. Coming
-Deadly Premonitions 2- Coming January 17th, 2020.
-Deadly Premonitions Origins- Out today.
-Divinity Original Sin 2- Out today.
-Doom 64- Coming November 22nd.
-Rogue Company- Available 2020.
-Pokemon Sword and Shield- can change more to your outfit (outerwear, makeup, hair, gloves). Pokemon Camp, can camp anywhere, play with Pokemon, and they improve. Can visit other players camps. Can also cook up “curry on rice” with many different receipts. New Pokemon, Poltigeist, Cramorant.
-Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Nintendo Switch Online)- 20 games at launch, coming September 5th. New wireless controllers being released, much like the NES ones.
-Tetris 99 Update: Invictus mode, best of the best. Daily missions, earn tickets for themes. Paid DLC, 2-player mode. Available September 5th.
-Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020- November 5th.
-DAEMON X MACHINA- Prologue demo, available later today, progress transfers to full game.
-Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast- Coming September 24th.
-Dauntless- Coming soon, with exclusive Switch content.
-Animal Crossing New Horizons- New Trailer “Welcome to Island Life”.
-Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition- Coming 2020.
