It’s been nearly five years since we last saw James Bond in theaters. Many action films have filled the void, and new stars have arisen in the wake. John Wick, Atomic Blonde, Jason Bourne, all have enjoyed the hiatus, but in the genre of action and spy thriller, there can be only one James Bond. Coming back for one last assignment, James Bond returns as the titular and mysterious spy in No Time To Die.
James Bond (Daniel Craig) experienced much in the various assignments since first attaining the mission role of 007. From 2006’s Casino Royale to 2008’s Quantum of Solace to 2012’s Skyfall, James Bond has seen himself fighting, shooting, and surviving, all in the name of The Queen and Her Country. Following the events of 2015’s Spectre, James Bond is retired from active service in MI-6, enjoying the quiet life in Jamaica. His peace in Jamaica is short-lived when his old CIA friend, Felix Leiter (Jeffery Wright) arrives, asking for a favor from the retired agent.The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous and immeasurably more dangerous than expected.
