Most writers here at Marooners’ Rock grew up with the Power Rangers, an American adaptation of a Japanese TV show that skyrocketed into pop-culture iconography in the early 90s. Even now, the tradition continues with Power Rangers Beast Morphers. For games, this year saw the release of a 3v3 fighter known as Battle for the Grid, a game that taps into nostalgia and new-age comic stories for a surprisingly satisfying clash of heroes and villains that has been steadily supported with new content. We’ve been graciously given several digital copies of the game and recent DLC characters packs to share the fun with our readers.
