Stoners and Rockers around the world rejoice! April 2020 (4/20) is finally here, just not as we expected. While many around the globe worry about the upcoming ramifications of this pandemic, Xbox looks to ease a few weary minds. Last month, Microsoft gave Xbox Live Gold members the opportunity to download four free titles. Those free titles were Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, Batman: The Enemy Within, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, and Sonic Generations. Despite March being over, Gold members can still redeem Shantae: Half-Genie Hero until April 15th. PlayStation Plus members can still redeem Shadow of the Colossus and Sonic Forces until April 6th.
Starting today, April 1st, Xbox Live Gold members will have the opportunity to download two new GWG titles. Those two new GWG titles are Project CARS 2 and Fable Anniversary. As usual, the first title Project Cars 2 will be free until April 30th, while Fable Anniversary will only be free until April 15th. Then starting on April 16th, Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle & Toybox Turbos for free. Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle is free until May 15th, while Toybox Turbos is free until April 30th.
Starting on April 7th, PlayStation + members will be able to download Uncharted 4 and Dirt Rally 2.0. Many in the gaming community are saying that these two titles are more significant than all four of the Games with Gold titles for April.
