Despite us being halfway through the month of May, there are multiple gamers who are unaware of what the May 2020 Games with Gold and PlayStation + Offers are; this is shocking since the month is halfway over. Prior to the official announcement, a rumor emerged stating that Dark Souls Remastered and Dying Light would be the PlayStation Plus offers. Sadly, this rumor would turn out to be false and the actual May 2020 PlayStation Plus offer was announced. Even more disappointingly, the titles announced are so lackluster that you might consider going outside during a hurricane rather than playing them.
Announced at the very end of April, the May 2020 Games with Gold and PlayStation Plus Offers provides minimal joy. Yes, all six titles are free games for Gold and PS+ members but most feel like a waste of time. Before revealing the official lineup for both offers, I will state that I prefer the Games with Gold offer over the PlayStation + ones.
The Line Ups!
The four May 2020 Games with Gold titles are V-Rally 4, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr, Sensible World of Soccer, and Overlord II. Xbox One Gold members will have access to all four titles; whereas, Xbox 360 members will only have access to Sensible World of Soccer and Overlord II.
The two PlayStation Plus offers are Farming Simulator 18 and Skylines. After looking at the six titles, the Games with Gold titles are clearly superior. The four titles offer a wide variety of genres and hours of gameplay than their PlayStation Plus counterparts. Since it is now past May 16th, Sensible World of Soccer is the only title unavailable to download for free.
Which free offer do you prefer? Do you think the May 2020 Games with Gold is superior to the PlayStation + offer? Which of these titles are you considering downloading?
