Headup Games and Devespresso Games are pleased to announce that the Summer will be filled with horror as they have announced the release date of one of their most anticipated games. The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters will be launching on PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this coming June 19th, 2020. The sequel to the silent hit horror game, The Coma builds upon the success and mechanics of the original game. After a successful launch on Steam Early Access, The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters received an “overwhelmingly positive” response from 97% of players posting positive reviews.
The horror game has been greatly praised for its sinister AI, sharp visuals, and a dark, twisted narrative. Marooner’s Rock Writer Matt Kowalski did a wonderful hands-on impression of The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters at PAX EAST this year, and was taken by surprise when he played it.
The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters has players in the shoes of Mina Park, a side character from the first game. Those unfamiliar with the first game do not need to play the first games. The narrative is designed for new players to dive right into the narrative and experience. In The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters players balance out exploration with survival to survive the nightmares that fill this Korean horror game. Mina Park, a student of Sehwa High, awakens in the dead of night in her school. She soon realizes that something is amiss. Her once-familiar surroundings have twisted into something dark. She finds herself pursued by a slasher that looks eerily like her English teacher. To survive, Mina ventures beyond the boundaries of her school and into the surrounding district. There, she will encounter strange creatures, mysterious strangers, and uneasy allies.
