For players tired of neon colors, synthwave, and cybernetic implants, Black Gold takes players back to the 1800s and to the dangerous business of mining for oil.
The news comes from the studio’s official YouTube channel. Black Gold comes from the makers of Ninja Simulator and Cowboy Life Simulator. Black Gold puts you in the role of your own boss, out on the frontier of the early 20th Century. With your ragtag team, the goal is to make big money in the business of extracting crude oil. Black Gold challenges players to do what is necessary to get oil and get paid, even if it means doing the work yourself. While this sounds simple and promising, it is anything but. Hiring the wrong person can hurt your business, and in a time before modern science, unexpected changes in pressure can lead to disastrous results, and your oil haul up in flames.
