Back in October of 2011, Nintendo released their first-ever Nintendo Direct. These digital events were created to show upcoming releases, in a quick and concise video format. Since Nintendo’s format proved to be successful, many other companies have created their own Direct style presentations. Following this trend, TinyBuild Games released their first-ever tinyBuild Direct, on their YouTube channel. The nearly 14-minute presentation, hosted by CEO Alex Nichoporchik, shows off 4 upcoming indie titles.
Expedition Zero
Expedition Zero is a survival horror game set in the heart of rural Siberia. Use your engineering skills to confront flesh-eating monsters as the last survivor of a Soviet scientific expedition.
Potion Craft
Potion Craft is an alchemist simulator where you physically interact with your tools and ingredients to brew potions. You’re in full control of the whole shop: invent new recipes, attract customers, and experiment to your heart’s content. Just remember: the whole town is counting on you.
Despot’s Game
Despot’s Game is rogue-like tactics for puny humans! A group of people wake up in a strange post-apocalyptic labyrinth — naked, with no memories, and with a bunch of weapons. Is this a joke, a crazy experiment, or… a game? You’ll find out soon enough, just try not to die first!
Pigeon Simulator
Pigeon Simulator is like GTA Meets Goat Sim, but with pigeons. Play as the world’s most notorious birds and help them in their quests for revenge, love, and world domination. Poop on everyone. Expedition Zero, Potion Craft, and Despot’s Game have demos available now on their respective Steam pages. Pigeon Simulator’s demo is not quite ready but will be coming soon.
