Warhammer Odyssey Soft Launches Onto Mobile

The sounds of war thunder across the world. Virtual Realms Ltd is pleased to announce online MMO Warhammer Odyssey has now soft-launched across iOS and Android devices across the globe. This announcement marks the introduction of Warhammer Odyssey to worldwide audiences and allows the MMO experience to be brought anywhere.

The news comes from The Amplifier Group, via a press release. The-soft launching introduces Warhammer Odyssey to both iOS and Android devices. After some time in testing, Warhammer Odyssey is ready for players to join its massive world and fight the vicious enemies of Warhammer. This new update brings forth a bevy of updates and enhancements for those that have been playing Warhammer Odyssey for some time. This includes a level cap to Level 40, along with new maps opening and balances to weapons, items, and enemies. As this is a soft-launch, Warhammer Odyssey will likely contain bugs and unexpected occurrences, but the team at Virtual Realm is closely monitoring the soft-launch and encourages players to report any issues to the developer.

Warhammer Odyssey takes place in the Old World. Morrslieb the Chaos Moon grows in the skies above The Old World, enveloping the land in eternal darkness. The wall that separates man and beast continues to crumble, but all hope is not lost. A large group of heroes rises to defend the world of humanity, banding together to combine their unique skills and abilities in a fight against darkness. Honoring ancient pacts from ancestors long ago, the heroes of The Old World embark on their own Odyssey.

Warhammer Odyssey is a welcome addition to the mobile game space, and perfectly compliments the bevy of other Warhammer games currently available on the mobile platforms. The game has a remarkable presentation that is customized for mobile devices, but visually striking as if the game was available on Steam. There hasn’t been much news regarding MMOs on mobile, with the attention of the gaming world focused on the unknown of 2021 and the early days of next-gen systems. Warhammer Odyssey certainly looks like an adventure worth embarking on, especially as mobile devices allow players to take their stories anywhere.

Warhammer Odyssey is now available on iOS via the App Store and Android via the Google Play Store.
