Yesterday afternoon, gamers spotted a new listing on the Microsoft Store. With E3 potentially canceled and games getting delayed, this new listing definitely raised some eyebrows. In March we were originally supposed to get Mass Effect Legendary and other AAA titles. Sadly, due to the ongoing pandemic, a lot of games have been delayed; however, this new listing has raised some eyebrows due to the reputation of the game and its pending release date. According to the Microsoft Store listing, Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is set to release later this month.
This listing comes as a major surprise since the Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is set to release on March 18th, 2021. The listing stated the Trilogy is to celebrate the 20th Anniversary. Now, this could have very easily been a typo. Tomb Raider originally released in 1996, so this remastered trilogy could be for the 25th anniversary. According to the listing, Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy contains all three games and the DLCS.
The Listing Description
“Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is the complete edition of the award-winning Tomb Raider origin games. This collection contains all the definitive edition content from each critically acclaimed prequel title—Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. Follow Lara on her formative journey across the world, starting in Tomb Raider trapped on the shrouded island of Yamatai off the coast of Japan, to the harsh Siberian tundra hiding an immortal secret in Rise of the Tomb Raider, and finally to the mountainous landscape of Peru to uncover a cataclysmic power in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
With all the definitive edition content from each game, this Trilogy promises dozens of hours of breathtaking exploration, challenging puzzle-solving, and survival-combat with Lara as she becomes the Tomb Raider she was destined to become.”
