Back in September 2020, Massive Damage Inc released their strategy roguelite RPG Star Renegades. Since its initial launch, it has received numerous positive reviews, spawning all of the available platforms. While many have fallen for this digital indie darling, others may not have had any exposure. Publisher Raw Fury has teamed up with Strictly Limited Games, to offer up a physical version of Star Renegades.
Announced back in April, ININ, Raw Fury, and Strictly Limited Games have teamed up to bring Star Renegades into physical retail. The game will be available exclusively on Strictly Limited Games’ webstore. Physical releases will be available on both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and come in two flavors.
Standard Edition
The standard edition includes a physical copy of the game, with a printed manual. This edition retails for $35.99 USD.
Collector’s Edition
This behemoth of a collector’s edition includes the physical copy with a printed manual, a modular diorama, artbook, soundtrack, 7 character cards, reversible poster, and a sticker. The package comes bundled together in a large collector’s edition box. This edition will retail for $58.99 USD.
Both editions and platforms are only available in limited quantities. Both Nintendo Switch versions are limited to 2500 copies each, whereas Playstation 4 is limited to 1500. Additionally, each copy of the game will come individually numbered.
