Atelier Series Possible for Xbox Release, “If there are enough interest from Fans”

The Atelier Series from Gust and Koei Tecmo has a special place for me when it comes to JRPG, and it is because of how amazing the game is from the character’s development to the open-world concept. This series has been widely played and enjoyed by fans from PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC but it hasn’t made its debut yet on the Xbox. As I always say, anything is possible if given a chance and there is a chance, we get to see that one day if the Fans want it. Games are developed by amazingly talented people and loved by fans all over the world, and fans are the reason why games get better and become more accessible to not just one platform but many because games should be loved by everyone.

From the Interview Article, The Make Reactor about the Upcoming Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream the writer Mikhail Madnani ask one of the most important questions for the Fans to Producer Junzo Hosoi:

Madnani: “Before concluding the interview, I wanted to see if he (Junzo Hosoi) could comment on the possibility of Gust games hitting Xbox platforms. As someone who owns and plays on every platform, it would be great if Xbox-only players could sample the amazing Atelier series.”

Hosoi: “If we received enough requests from fans, we may be able to make that a reality.”

With this answer can see a possible future for the future Atelier Series hitting the Xbox and will be enjoyable for new gamers who never had the chance to experience these amazing JRPG games from Koei Tecmo. Xbox has been slowly growing with the amount of JRPG it now has in its library and more coming in the near future. We can see even though it is not 100% confirm, at least it is a glimmer of hope that a great Japanese RPGs Series will be coming to Xbox.

Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream is coming to PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam) on February 25th.

Been a Gamer for more then 20 years, Love all variety of games however my passion is towards Indie games that is rich with story, artwork and music. The best part of gaming I believe is music and to me music is the key to everything. I am also a collector of many pop cultures such as Funko Pops, Statue, and Lego Bricks. I am also a streamer as well, because sometime I love showcasing games and interacting with my viewers at the same time, especially if they have any questions or curious about something specific in a video game.
