Back in the Summer of 2021, Electronic Arts announced a remake of their sci-fi horror survival Dead Space. The initial teaser trailer revealed a small glimpse of what fans can expect; A remake of the 2008 original introducing modern-day visuals and gameplay mechanics. The classic will be remade, from the ground up, in the Frostbite game engine. While fans are eager to step back into the role of engineer Isaac Clarke, EA has stayed silent on a release window. Today changes everything, as the Dead Space official Twitter account revealed some pressing new information!
A surprise tweet, courtesy of the official Twitter page, revealed the release date for the highly anticipated Dead Space remake. Motive’s latest release will be dropping on January 27th, 2023.

While Motive Studio is responsible for the revival of EA’s popular Star Wars Battlefront franchise, this is their first attempt at the survival horror genre.
