June marks the beginning of Summer. In previous years, June also marked one of the biggest gaming conventions in the world, E3. Since the pandemic, E3 has ceased to be, at least for the moment, and has been replaced with Summer Game Fest. With a bunch of exciting announcements to come during Summer Game Fest, including today’s PlayStation State of Play, the summer will be an exciting time for the gaming industry. Because of these major announcements, Xbox and PlayStation have taken two different approaches to the subscription offers. Now, let’s cover the June 2022 PS+ and Games with Gold titles.
PS+ Offers
Up first is Sony’s PlayStation Plus offers. The June 2022 PS+ offers provide PlayStation Plus members with three newer titles to enjoy. From June 7th to July 4th, 2022, PlayStation Plus members will be able to redeem these offers:
- God of War (PS4)
- Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker | PS4
- Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl | PS4/PS5
Just as a reminder, you have until June 6th to redeem the May PlayStation Plus offers; so remember to download FIFA 22, Tribes of Midgard, and Curse of the Dead Gods before it’s too late.
Games with Gold
The June 2022 Games with Gold offers take a more traditional approach. Although these four titles are older games, they still provide players with a wide variety of games to enjoy.
Aven Colony (June 1-30)
Super Meat Boy (June 1-15)
Project Highrise: Architect’s Edition (June 16-July 15)
Raskulls (June 16-30)
These four Games with Gold titles may feel lackluster to most but can expose players to new horizons. Remember Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can get all four of these titles as part of their subscription. Additionally, keep an eye out for a variety of Bethesda, Activision, and Blizzard titles joining Xbox Game Pass in the near future.
