While it doesn’t feel as if much time has passed since I got hands-on with Cult of the Lamb during PAX East 22, the release date is only a few more days away. Ever wondered what it would be like if Animal Crossing was a cult, mix in a bit of Binding of Isaac and the magic from Massive Monster and Devolver Digital? Well, if you’ve been hiding under a rock and have yet to hear about this game, you’re missing out.
Today, Massive Monster and Devolver Digital have revealed more information on some of the bosses you’ll find while playing the game. Personally, I can’t wait to dive into this game and spend part of my ongoing vacation playing. As you fight through the roguelike dungeons of Cult of the Lamb to gather resources and new followers to expand your cult, you will come across the four bishops who stand in your way of becoming the One True Cult. They cannot be allowed to stop your ascent. More of this information can be found in the trailer below.
