Yesterday, Ubisoft launched their live stream, Ubisoft Forward. This showcase featured many upcoming Ubisoft titles, including many previously unannounced titles! The nearly 2-hour-long digital event featured many hit franchises, including; Mario + Rabbids, Just Dance, Tom Clancy, and Assassin’s Creed.
Everything announced during Ubisoft Forward 2022 follows:
Anno 1800 – New World Rising DLC 12
Anno 1800 will be receiving its 12th DLC “New World Rising”. This DLC will have a new population level, unlike anything previously seen. The DLC will be available this Holiday season.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage
The next mainline Assassin’s Creed stars Basim; a 9th-century thief from Baghdad, first introduced in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Mirage acts as a prequel, revealing how he learned the ways of the Hidden Ones. This entry will pay homage to the Assassin’s Creed franchise’s roots.
Assassin’s Creed Codename INFINITY, HEXE, RED, and Jade. + Netflix Exclusives
Ubisoft teased 4 new Assassin’s Creed projects. Assassin’s Creed Codename RED will see players take control of an assassin from feudal Japan. This entry will follow the open-world RPG approach of more recent entries. Following Codename Red is Assassin’s Creed HEXE, which will act as a direct continuation. Assassin’s Creed Codename INFINITY will act as an interconnecting hub, allowing players to connect. Mobile gamers will be happy to hear confirmation of a Triple-A RPG action-adventure mobile, Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade. Information on Jade is scarce, however, it will take place in ancient China. The last Assassin’s Creed announcement came in the form of a partnership with Netflix. In addition to a live-action adaptation of Assassin’s Creed, the studio is also developing a mobile game exclusively for Netflix subscribers.
Brawlhalla – Simon Belmont & Alucard Revealed
In collaboration with Konami Digital Entertainment, Simon Belmont and Alucard will be added to Ubisoft’s ongoing party fighter, Brawlhala. These Castlevania staples will launch with the all-new Brawlhalla-vania Event, taking place October 19th!
For Honor – Year 6 Season 3 DLC
Ubisoft teased the next round of DLC for their ongoing medieval-style PvP multiplayer, For Honor. The new season kicks off on September 15th!
Just Dance 2023
The latest entry in Ubisoft’s annual Just Dance franchise see’s the series revamped as a “dance-on-demand” platform. Just Dance 2023 will launch on November 22nd to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, officially ending an era of cross-generational support.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope – Future Rayman DLC
Ubisoft has already confirmed they would continue support for their upcoming Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, with DLC packs of similar caliber to those in Kingdom Battle. While Sparks of Home launches on October 20th, no official date has been given for any of its DLC. Ubisoft did confirm however that the game’s third piece of DLC will feature Rayman. The Rayman DLC will be available as standalone, or as part of the game’s season pass.
Netflix Games Partnership
While Ubisoft confirmed a mobile Assassin’s Creed game would be coming exclusively to Netflix, they also revealed the partnership will bring 2 more exclusive games to the service. In addition to a sequel of Valiant Hearts, Netflix’s game service will also feature a new roguelite-inspired game titled Mighty Quest.
Rainbow Six Mobile
Ubisoft’s long-running Rainbow Six sub-series is heading to mobile! The studio announced that signups for the closed beta are now live. The 5v5 matches will officially start on September 12th. Rainbow Six Mobile will also feature cross-play and cross-chat between Android and iOS users.
Riders Republic – Season 4
The latest season of Rider’s Republic is almost here! Season 4 goes all-in on the BMX Sport add-on pack, adding a career mode, special events, as well as a BMX-dedicated area set in Canyonland. This season also commemorates the start of a partnership with Vans.
Rocksmith+
Ubisoft’s Rocksmith franchise has evolved into an online guitar learning program. Rocksmith+ is a subscription allowing users to play using any acoustic guitar, electric guitar, or bass. More information on the service can be found on the official website.
Skull and Bones
Ubisoft’s big pirate adventure Skull and Bones sets sail on November 8th. During the event, Ubisoft confirmed an in-game trading network, as well as showcased some of the different ships available. PC players can also now sign up for Skull and Bones’ Insider Program.
The Crew 2 – Season 6 Episode 2: Dominion Frozen
The latest season of The Crew 2 introduces ice tracks, 9 new events, and 50 tiers of rewards. This includes special-edition vehicles.
The Division 2 – Season 10 Price of Power
Agents will embark on a new Manhunt to track down General Peter Anderson, a True Sons leader trying to ally with the Black Tusk against The Division. Season 10: Price of Power is launching on September 13th.
The Division Heartland
Ubisoft announced an all-new standalone adventure set in the universe of The Division. The Division Heartland will be a free-to-play survival action shooter. Players can sign up for the closed beta test now. Heartland will be heading to PC, Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
The Division Resurgence
The Division Resurgence is an upcoming PvP multiplayer mobile game. Players can register for the Closed Beta now, which features the Dark Zone and Conflict mode.
Trackmania
Ubisoft’s Free-To-Play racer Trackmania speeds onto consoles sometime in 2023. Trackmania will also be available to play in the cloud. Both cloud and console versions will feature cross-play, cross-progression, and more!
Ubisoft+
In celebration of Ubisoft’s 3rd anniversary of their video game subscription service, Ubisoft+, players can play for free until October 10th. Ubisoft’s full catalog of over 100 games will be available, including recent releases such as Far Cry 6 and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. After the trial, Ubisoft+ will cost $14.99 USD a month for PC access, or $17.99 USD a month for PC and additional cloud gaming support.
