Three years ago, EA and Ghost Games released Need for Speed Heat; at the time, the game was considered a step in the right direction after Need for Speed PayBack (PAY to Win NFS). In Need for Speed Heat, players had a larger variety of customization options and race types. The night and day cycle allowed players to experience two different racing environments. Now, Electronic Arts and Criterion Games are set to release a new Need for Speed, Need for Speed Unbound. Earlier this week, an image leaked showing the game’s official title; after the leak, EA announced that there would be an official reveal. Prior to the reveal, a Japanese site called Neowing released additional information.
According to the site, Need for Speed Unbound is set to release on December 2nd, 2022. The site has since pulled the listing but thanks to archive.org, people are still able to see the listing. Below is the Need for Speed Unbound descriptions based on the site and the preorder details.
